We hope that you all had a lovely weekend, and are enjoying this beautiful weather! Here is a look ahead at our week.  

Important Dates: 

Tuesday April 24th:  Coin Project Due 

Wednesday April 25th: Pretzel Orders Due

Thursday April 26th: Walk-A-Thon!!! 

**Please note: All walk-a-thon permission slips are due! Please remember to also send in field trip permission slips and money ($19)! 

What we are learning: 

ELA- Continuing our story: Gabriela, Who Might Be My Best Friend 

Continuing with prefixes, idioms, story elements and proper use of commas, and our spelling words, Homophones .

Math- Beginning chapter 8 (measurement)

Religion- Finishing chapter 17- Giving Thanks to God (test tomorrow).  and beginning chapter 18

Social Studies/Science- Continuing our activities with Earth Day (reduce, reuse and recycle) and the Solar System
